Our Company

Hygiene Management Solutions was launched in 1998 by Dennis Usher. In July 2001 the company was incorporated as a private limited company and trades under the name of Hygiene Management Solutions Ltd. There are two directors: Dennis Usher, Managing Director and Tracey Usher, Director and Company Secretary.

Dennis has been involved in the catering industry for over 40 years in a variety of organisations including the Savoy Group, event catering at premiership football clubs, Grand Prix meetings and Royal Banquets. He holds advanced qualifications in cookery and food hygiene as well as post-graduate management qualifications. He is also a qualified lecturer and holds a Certificate in Education.

A team of professional staff including practioners from the food industry and Environmental Health Officers are also readily available to ensure that the service provided is of the highest quality.
